Our SWJA Scrimmage was a fun time for all – students, parents, friends, and Sensei’s.   It was a fun time for students to practice under tournament conditions, with referees, scoring tables and medals, just in time for the AZ State Open Judo Championship in just two.  With Rich Sensei healing for surgery, we missed his hot dog stand, but enjoyed the sharing in a potluck from family and friends.  BTW, next time we’ll need to double-down on the deserts, which were the first to be devoured!
